Dad, with his vast knowledge, handles all the crucial surveying, investigations, and tricky leak detection, even getting up high with drone inspections. He's also passionately focused on mentoring his son, passing down every bit of wisdom.

That's where the next generation comes in! Having first worked on a roof when he was just 7 years old, the son is deeply ingrained in the trade. Now 21, he's absolutely passionate about roofing, and genuinely excited to build this business and carry on the family tradition.
